Networking

The Employment and Career Structure (ECS) has designed a networking action script at national and European level with key feature being the synergies of mutual benefits with organizations and associations that promote innovation and entrepreneurship as well as institutions which are related to the labor market. Networking will be achieved through participation in events of national and international repute and the ECS will seek cooperation with relevant organizations. The collaborations will become formally institutionalised through signed cooperation agreements.

The networking and the connection with organizations which are related to employment/occupation, labor market and entrepreneurship it is of great importance for the Employment and Career Structure of the International Hellenic University. The Employment and Career Structure, also, has the responsibility for the coordination of the networking actions and the development of the existing network. Besides, the ECS coordinates the diffusion of the results and the design of a publicity plan. 

In this context, the Employment and Career Structure has signed cooperation agreements with the Greek International Business Association, the Technical Chamber of Greece / Sector of Central Macedonia, the Municipality of Thermi and the Employment & career structure of the Hellenic Open University.
